These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and OMD AS regarding your access to and use of SocialSpinVault. By accessing the Site, opening a game, or interacting with any feature, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any portion, please leave the Site and do not return.

1. Eligibility — 18+ required

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use SocialSpinVault. By accessing the Site you represent that you meet this requirement. We may revoke access to any user if we have reason to believe they do not meet this requirement.

2. Free social play only — no real money

SocialSpinVault is a free-to-play social entertainment site. There is no real-money gambling on the Site at any time, under any condition, for any user. No deposits, withdrawals, or payments are accepted, processed, or facilitated. Virtual chips earned during play have zero cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, prizes, goods, or services of any kind, and cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or exchanged between users.

3. License to use the Site

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your own non-commercial entertainment. The license terminates immediately upon any breach.

4. Intellectual property

All content — game artwork, audio, code, text, brand marks, animations, sound effects, and overall design — is owned by OMD AS or its licensors. You may not reproduce, mirror, repackage, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame, or distribute any portion of the Site without prior written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site unlawfully; interfere with normal operation, infrastructure, or security; use bots, scripts, or automated tools; bypass any security measure; misrepresent your age, identity, or jurisdiction; attempt to extract game source code; or use the Site to harass or impersonate others.

6. No real-money gambling — no third-party operators

SocialSpinVault does not offer, facilitate, advertise, recommend, link to, or otherwise direct users to any real-money gambling operator. The Site is a stand-alone social entertainment product, not a portal or aggregator. We do not promote third-party gambling services in any form.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with any particular hardware or software. You use the Site at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMD AS and its affiliates, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Site.

9. Changes

We may modify, suspend, or take down any feature at any time without notice. We may update these Terms; the latest version is always on this page with the updated Effective Date.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Oslo, Norway.

11. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
